If you are low income, you may apply for a scholarship for any of the services the Center provides. Please
click here for a scholarship form. We do not provide scholarships for hearing aids, but have other programs that can assist in obtaining hearing aids.

Are hearing aids expensive? Is this covered by my insurance?
We provide a wide variety of brands and styles of hearing aids. The cost will vary depending on brand and model. As a general rule, insurance companies do not cover the cost of aids, but will cover a hearing evaluation.

The staff does not receive a commission for any sale. Our goal is to provide you with the best hearing aids for your situation, not to make a sale. We work with you to provide the best aid for your situation.

Do I have to pay on the same day as my services?
We request that you bring your insurance co-pay or a down payment on your services at your first appointment. The fees, and your payment schedule, are discussed at the first appointment.

What hours is the Center open?
The Center is open Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. For hearing and speech services you need to set an appointment by calling 541-485-8521. However, hearing aid cleaning and repair can often be done on a walk-in basis.

What age ranges do you serve?
We serve patients of all ages. In our Audiology department we do evaluations and hearing tests on very young children and infants.

How do I get to the Center?
The Center is located just west of downtown Eugene at 1500 W. 12th. Avenue
